Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original condition.
Custom Orders
Custom printed and personalized products are made specifically for each customer and are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect, printing error, or the wrong item was received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
